They sorted out my Vietnam visa in a few hours
I was desperate because my visa hadn't been approved in time. I contacted the agency at 6 a.m. local time and they got back to me and got me a visa the same day in time for my flight to Tokyo. I was very pleased with their promptness and punctuality. They saved my ass. The price was high, given the urgency of the case, but they solved it. And I love people who can solve problems.

La excrusión fue perfectamente
Acabamos de hacer la excursión por la aldea antigua con el soporte de Kim y fue todo espectacular!!! Habla perfectamente Español por lo que será fácil comunicaros con ella. Desde que te buscan en el aerupuerto te sientes consentido. Están pendientes de tus necesidades, sumamente puntuales, atentos y muy buenos los guías. Realmente lo recomendaría con los ojos cerrados.

Cannot thank enough for the lovely exprience
I can not thank enough Vietnam Experiencias Locales y KIm enough for the lovely experience they provided in arranging all our accomodations, cruise and transport while we travelled through out Vietnam. She has been extremely supportive, answering any amount of questions I had, very easy to comunicate with and the lovely person over all. It was a very big gamble for me to put all the eggs in one basket by booking everything with her but Kim went above and beyond to prove that, the wprld is still full of good and trustworthy people

This tour package was fantastic
This tour package was fantastic. It involves quite a difficult trek up the Lying Dragon Mountain in Ninh Binh. It is quite steep and we did it in 40 degree heat which made it quite a tough climb. You could opt out if you wanted to because the area below was also fascinating. Lunches were very tasty in a local restaurant. Our tour consultant was exceptional, so knowledgeable about Vietnam and accomodating, her service was 24/7 so she responsed quickly any questions I might have. Our guides were very friendly and entertaining. We learnt a lot, had great fun and saw a beautiful part of Vietnam. Thanks Vietnam Experiencias Locales for helping us to have a wonderful experience in Vietnam.

Recomend tooooo much!❤️
We loved it. There was plenty of time to look around. When we first arrived it was foggy and could not see the bridge well. Our tour guide looked at the weather and advised it would clear up in the afternoon. It did and he made sure we had time to stop for photos on the way back. Absolutely amazing!

Great time with the cruise journey!!! :)
Such a fun experience that I got from Kim, our agent! Dong is great fun and so are the rest of the staff. Activities and bfast start early the next morning but make sure you get up for them- it’s worth it :) The kayaking was great, meals were great, the rooms with the view are so relaxing. Make sure to take advantage of the jacuzzi at the back of the boat. Thank you Kim and your team for your excellent services. I'll definitely come back to you in our next travel.

The perfect cruise!
Booking with Kim from the U.K. We were contacted via WhatsApp multiple times to explain all of the transport arrangements, any additional costs, and options such as room type. Everything was made very clear and the driver arrived on time and was very helpful. The cruise itself was amazing, everything it promised and more. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom with a huge shower. The crew onboard wete all lovely, there was always someone on hand who spoke perfect English to help you out. The food and drinks were of good quality. All the activities were great, and not to be missed. Some of them are a little challenging if you’re very unfit or claustrophobic but don’t worry everything is explained beforehand and there is always a way of avoiding something you might not feel confident with. Highly recommended!

Incredible tour!!!
Our Sapa tour was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The breathtaking landscapes of terraced rice fields, misty mountains, and charming ethnic villages exceeded all our expectations. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and always eager to share the rich culture and traditions of the local people. The itinerary was well-organized, balancing sightseeing, cultural experiences, and relaxing moments perfectly. We especially loved the trek through the Muong Hoa Valley and the visits to the Hmong and Dao villages. The accommodations were cozy and comfortable, and the food was delicious — a true taste of Northern Vietnam! Every moment felt special and authentic. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and memorable adventure in Vietnam. Thank you for giving us such an amazing experience!
